Bohemian Like You: Le1f (US) + Dizzcock (CZ)

After the star-gazing Zebra Katz and enfant terrible of the New York LGBT scene Mykki Blanco, here comes another queer-rap big shot – Khalif Diouf a.k.a. Le1f. Ballet-dancer-turned-rapper has first caught the attention by producing tracks for hip-hoppers Das Racist and guest staring on Mykki Blanco’s mixtape. After performing on David Letterman’s show and high-profile beef with Macklemore, Le1f finally released his debut album Riot Boi in November last year, with contributions from Sophie or Evian Christ. “Out & proud” Le1f oscillates between the scariness and dark rap of Zebra Katz and gay cuteness, two great ingredients that make his shows memorable. A must-see!

The support slot belongs to Dizzcock, also a member of the punk-rave techno band Lightning Glove, whose last album Elegy of Unsung Heroes won the Vinyla award!
