Lazy Giants + Vellocet Roll + Science Killer

"The more things change, the more they stay the same." The members of California's Lazy Giants were at the forefront of the San Francisco underground scene from the late '70s – early '80s as the Toiling Midgets, often dubbed the Fathers of post punk.

The newly formed group mixes post punk and post rock influences with noise and thick vocals. As part of their upcoming European tour, Lazy Giants will bring their debut album Toiling Days Are Over to MeetFactory on Monday October 30th.

Joining them will be a local psych troupe Vellocet Roll and their sound collages full of psychedelia and fuzzy guitars on a backdrop of neurotic saxophone textures, all with a proper dose of existential poetics. Brno's Science Killer complete the programme with their atmospheric shoegaze noise-rock.
