Practical information

We kindly ask you to turn up at least 10 minutes before the Program beginning in order not to disturb its smooth course.  

Please make a point of booking your favorite program (including all additional requirements) at least 14 days beforehand so that we can guarantee your chosen date and hour for your planned visit.  

In case you need to cancel the program please contact us the previous day by noontime the latest.
