The second edition of an educational programme intended for artists and professionals in the music industry will take place in MeetFactory and several leading recording studios in Prague from the 19th to the 21st of September, featuring lectures and master classes led by leading music professionals, with a focus on digital marketing, career building, and work in a professional recording studio.
The programme is divided into three sectors, of which the first two are available only to registered participants, with the price of registration set at CZK 590. Register here.

Sound engineer and musician Ondřej Ježek works on the final steps of making a recording, and thus the resultant sound of the album. In his lecture, he will focus on a practical demonstration of mixing, which is the most crucial element in the final sound.

Musician, programmer, and hacker Nontokozo F. Sihwa, known as Venus Ex Machina, will lead a workshop on creative coding in Audulus, which she sees as an entry point into the mythical character and remarkable history of communication technologies.

Václav Peloušek, musician, inventor, and co-founder of Bastl Instruments will present his thought processes when constructing modular synthesisers and other technology. He will explain the principles of sound synthesis and the possibilities for using theories from physics in musical creation.
